Which countries in Europe do you ship to?
We ship to almost all countries within the European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your specific location and the size of the oven ordered.
What is the warranty period for Ooni ovens?
All Ooni pizza ovens come with a standard 1-year warranty. However, if you register your product with us online, we extend that to a 3-year warranty for added peace of mind.
Do I need a special regulator for my gas-powered oven?
Ooni ovens are region-specific. Ovens purchased from Ooni Europe are configured for either 30mbar, 37mbar, or 50mbar pressure depending on the local standards of the country selected at checkout.
What is your return policy for European customers?
We offer a 60-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 60 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition.
Can I leave my Ooni oven outside all year round?
Yes, Ooni ovens are built to last; however, we strongly recommend using an official Ooni Pizza Oven Cover to protect your oven from the elements and keep it in top condition during the winter months.
